Gospel Festival at Zion Hill Historic Site

The African American Heritage Project and Nacogdoches Historic Sites invite you to a Gospel Festival at Zion Hill, sponsored by Commercial Bank of Texas. Join us on Sunday, November 15, at 3:00 p.m. for this free community event celebrating the power of gospel music. The afternoon will feature talented local choirs and groups, including the Men of Praise Quartet, Zion Hill First Baptist Church, Austin Heights Baptist Church, and Iron Wheel Baptist Church. Donations collected during the festival will support the African American Heritage Project’s restoration of the Clay House and ongoing efforts to preserve the history of Zion Hill.
